No menu or windows appear after clicking on Firefox for Mac

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the latest version for Mac. Firefox appears as open in the Dock but when double clicking to open, there is no menu bar or windows. When I right click on Firefox app, I click on "New Window" but still nothing appears.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I've opened Firefox by pressing the Option button and I press Refresh Firefox. Firefox works normally, but after I quit and reopen without pressing the Option button, the top menu bar is dimmed and I try and click on "New Window" from the dock but nothing happens.

I've also tried installing U Block Origin and I still have the same problem.
