Cannot open data management in settings

I bring up settings and try to click “data management” and it does nothing. I keep trying and get frustrated and slam my finger so hard on it that my finger hurts with no luck. Any ideas? Thanks

Never mind, it’s working now. I don’t know why it happened but it works now. Thanks
