Hi Tom, you might be able to do it in a few moments from the Extensions button -- the one near the menu button that looks like a puzzle piece. The following article has the details:

Manage your extensions using the extensions button in the toolbar

If the web clipper isn't listed on the drop-down, could you double-check that it is installed and enabled? Here's how:

Open the Add-ons page using either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
  • type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return

In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions. On the right side, find the "Manage Your Extensions" heading.

Can you find Evernote in the Enabled section? If not, can you find it in the Disabled section? The goal here is to ensure that it is installed and enabled. If it's missing completely, you'll need to install it again.

Any progress so far?

I opened the Extensions page. "Evernote Web Clipper" is listed under ENABLED.

Thanks, Tom. If it isn't showing on the Extensions button drop-down, and you can't spot it on any toolbar, could you reset your toolbar layout and see whether it return to the drop-down. You do that by opening the Customize tab and clicking the Restore Defaults button at the bottom center of the panel. See: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

You can try "Clear the startup cache..." in "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support).
