Hey,

It sounds like your Firefox browser isn’t starting because of a broken profile. Here are some steps you can take to fix this issue:

Create a New Profile:

Open the Run dialog by pressing Windows + R. Type firefox.exe -P and press Enter. If nothing happens, try typing firefox.exe -ProfileManager instead. The Firefox Profile Manager should open. Click "Create Profile," follow the prompts to create a new profile, and then start Firefox with this new profile. Delete the Broken Profile:

If the Profile Manager opens, you can delete the broken profile. In the Profile Manager, select the broken profile and click "Delete Profile." Be careful to choose "Don't Delete Files" unless you’re sure you want to remove all profile data. Start Firefox in Safe Mode:

Open the Run dialog by pressing Windows + R. Type firefox.exe -safe-mode and press Enter. In the Firefox Safe Mode window, click "Start in Safe Mode." If Firefox starts in Safe Mode, the issue might be with add-ons or custom settings. You can reset Firefox to default settings to fix this. Reset Firefox:

If you can get Firefox to start in Safe Mode, go to the Firefox menu (three horizontal lines) > Help > More Troubleshooting Information. Click the "Refresh Firefox" button to reset Firefox to its default state. Reinstall Firefox:

If none of the above steps work, consider reinstalling Firefox. First, uninstall Firefox from your computer via the Control Panel. Download the latest version of Firefox from the official website and install it.

If you follow these steps, it will surely solved. Thanks

You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation that is missing runtime components (Redistributable Packages) required by Firefox, especially VCRUNTIME140_1.dll.

See "Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022":

Download the latest vc_redist.x64 and vc_redist.x86 files.

You need to reboot the computer.

Delete the Broken Profile:' If the Profile Manager opens, you can delete the broken profile. In the Profile Manager, select the broken profile and click "Delete Profile."

Lets not suggest to delete the old Profile without backing up the old Profile first as otherwise you would lose your Bookmarks, Passwords and other stuff. Also one can have multiple Profiles listed in the ProfileManager so no need to really delete any Profiles unless you were getting rid of old Profiles no longer used or such.
