I am getting the popup after I downloaded 115.7 ESR and transferred a profile that was also on the same version. In compatability.ini it says LastVersion=115.7.0.

Was the other profile also running in 64-bit Firefox 115.7.0esr in the same language? If there were any differences in the build, you could get that message.

If you are confident that it wasn't a later version, you can start Firefox with the "allow downgrade" option described toward the end of the following article: Dedicated profiles per Firefox installation.
