Misaligned icons next to URL bar

Graphical explanation here. Basically, the icons on the side of the URL bar are misaligned. Prior to the latest update to version 112.02 (installed via Pacman), the icons were not visible, yet the buttons worked as intended.

I'm suspecting that there's an issue with the GTK icon theme (see attachment for system settings), but I'm not sure how I can resolve it.

After some digging, I found out that the culprit was an outdated theme that I had installed ages ago and forgot to remove. Issue resolved.
