I own an Intel-based Macbook Pro using iOS 10.11.6, on a 2.4 GHz Intel Core i7 machine. Which version of Firefox can I download and use on this machine. 16 GB ram and 15 inch, late 2011 model?

Current releases require Mac OS X 10.12 or newer.

Firefox 78.15.0 is the last version for Mac OS X 10.9 and 10.10 and 10.11, so you are out of luck if you can't update your OS.
