How i can make thunderbird NOT load the content of any mail i receive

Hi.

I want to make the thunderbird NOT LOAD the content every mail i receive cause always there is a danger of virus or spam e.t.c.

I simply want I CHOOSE which mail i receive/download the content and NOT by automatic receive any mail content the thunderbird as it id the default option for thunderbird.

Then just don't open messages you think are potentially dangerous or spam. There is no risk when messages aren't opened. And you should not use the message pane, as that opens the message. Open messages in a new window instead.
