Mozilla Thunderbird [Ver. 102.4.0 (32-bit)] refuse to print after reinstalling the printer (HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3830 All-in-One Printer series) and after updating The App.
I am a regular user of Mozilla Thunderbird and this is my main client App.
Some days ago I was forced to reinstall my printer, after damage, an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3830 All-in-One Printer series. At the same time, Thunderbird was updated to ver. 102.4.0 (32-bit).
From this moment Thunderbird lost the ability to print. - The preview function doesn't exist, - The print function (from file>print) is frozen and therefore doesn't exist. - There is no ability to set up any printer, including the "Microsoft print to PDF" facility.
On the other hand in Settings, I noticed that there is placed the "Config Editor..." Menu. Well, I open it and I searched for "print.printer" and there I ... was really LOST.
More than 100 "print.printer_HP_..._...._series.print_........" events with several "boolean" characters ("true" / "false" / "number") were tabulated and, of course, I couldn't even touch them !!!
So this issue is pretty intractable for me, to give a reliable answer and fix it. Also, I believe that there will be a solution to this, so I decided to kindly ask the community for a solution.
Herewith I attach Screenshots of the main characteristics of the mismatches of my Mozilla Thunderbird. Software.
Hopping That I can receive a solution,
Thank you in advance,

Dear @sfhowes, Hello,
Thank you very much for your instant response to my issue. And even more, I thank you a lot because your instruction given SOLVED imediatelly the problem although this "minimal" text of your answer looks strange and difficult to understand at once. But when someone follows carefully the text is "on the point" and of course very effective, since it eliminated totally the problem.
In addition, I followed the same instruction in Mozilla Firefox, with the same issue, and of course, it resolved the problem too.
So I repeat that I really thank you very much for your interest and effectiveness in this issue.
So long,
Best regards,
JOHN HATZITOLIOS
