Hi! My boss currently is using Thunderbird version 6, yes 6 on an old laptop about to crash. New laptop has Thunderbird version 102. Anything special I need to do between the versions so I don't lose the bosses 50K emails and folders? I can run them parallel if need for some time.

Thanks! Ron

You will want to use a specific sequence of steps. You haven't started yet, correct?

Hi Wayne. I have NOT begun to upgrade from version 6 to the latest version as of this morning. My main concern is NOT loosing the email folder structure that is currently on the laptop (version 6) when I move it to the latest version on another laptop. If you know of the specific steps I need to take to do this, I'd be very appreciative of it. Thanks! Ron
