For several years have sent files, messages, emails, pics from Thunderbird email to my phone. For couple weeks now have not been able to. Can send from phone to Thunderbird email. Why?

Thunderbird isn't sensitive to the receiving device. This seems more a phone issue. If you provide some details, possibly some suggestions will emerge.
