Thunderbird menu: Tools: Message Filters. Change "Filters for" to the account in question, check those filters, then check the filters for "Local Folders". 2. Check the Junk Settings for that account: Thunderbird menu: Tools: Account Settings. Click on "Junk Settings" on the left side under the account in question. Then the settings on the right side.
