I have a shop InlaysJHess with Etsy.com using Safari 13.1.2. Etsy says they will be dropping support for Safari on Sept 14th and they suggest that I switch to Firefox.

I have had Firefox installed in my IMac for a long time and it has been updated from time to time.

I've tried to copy this: https://www.etsy.com/your/shops/me/dashboard?ref=hdr-mcpa from Safari to Firefox but that does not work.

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how I can switch my shop account from Safari to Firefox? I would not like to close my account with Safari without having it set up in Firefox.

i would appreciate any suggestions that anyone might have. Thank you.

It is likely that you can only access this page if you have are signed in (have authenticated), so you will first have to login to this website in Firefox.

If you use a bookmark or special to access a specific page then instead navigate to this page starting with the main page or with the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.
