If I use email client and login 4 emails from same email provider, will the provider know that I am using all 4 emails in the Same PC or Mobile

Hi, Here is why I need an email client for PC and Mobile. A few days ago, Google disabled my personal email address and objection was that I am using multiple emails. so my question is, if I use email client and use 04 Gamils in it and 4 other email providers, will the google be able to track that all other emails are also running in the same PC/mail client? And which those emails are? thanks.

I use multiple gmail addresses in Thunderbird. But I do not know if I should now wait for some sort of block or suggest it is not an issue.

What exactly did your advice from google say?
