I’ve repeatedly tried both possible options (Close Firefox or Cancel) offered in the “Close Firefox” box referenced as “Subject” above and gave it loads of time to allow Firefox to open. Repeated shut-downs and reboots also no use. I have always accepted every upgrade to Firefox and Windows offered. But Firefox won’t open on my Lenovo laptop fed by Earthlink wifi router. I hope you can help.

Cancel cancel. Now it works. Thanks just the same. Unless you want to offer a solution for next time when it will inevitably happen.
