I don't know why my sent emails are going into my Spam folder. Are this going into the Spam folders of the people to whom they are sent?

with out knowing why the mail is going to the spam folde the rest is realy guess work.

Why they are in your spam folder is also not cut and dried. It could be the sender is you@you.com and the CC is to you@you.com so your providers spam software assumes it is spam as you have no need for a copy of something that is in your sent folder. Gmail for example simply don't show the mail you send yourself at all.

I set up preferences to add me for a blind copy of every email I send. All I want is to automatically get a blind copy of all emails I send placed in the email folder. What I get is my emails placed in the Spam folder and not in the prime email folder.

you still have not identified you mail provider, which is the most likely cause of mail being placed in a spam folder. It is not something Thunderbird does.
