I was searching for questions about "wild cards in mail filters" and it apparently "found" articles that contained ANY of the words instead of ALL of the words. Is there a way to get a better search?

You will usually find it's better to search the site with Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo etc. by entering this query:

site:https://support.mozilla.org/ wild cards in mail filters
