i had to sign into firefox and it asked my password which i had to reset. i was warned it could delete my passwords - it did. can i restore these now?

i was simply asked to sign into firefox to confirm my id and it asked me for my password. as a result - i couldn't remember it. i reset the password and it warned me that i could lose my saved passwords. can i now restore these deleted passwords? thanks

Hi, Sorry. They are gone when deleted. I have no idea why it asked you to sign in. As for the reset and delete I do not use it so no idea. I use Pen & Paper.
