Can't make a readable note in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016. I understand from searching the web this is a problem of font color. When trying to enter a note, the cursor is invisible and any text you enter is invisible. It shows up if you highlight it (as if to copy). Basically Firefox has stopped rendering incomplete colour hex codes, so the notes text is written as #0000 in the CSS so Firefox is saying "that's not a valid colour because colours need 6 characters". So MSFT need to update their CSS to be #000000 instead. The workaround is to use a different browser
