Hi Everyone Joined www.match.com > mistake 2 wks ago. Cl'd connect to sign up / pay. Since then cannot access acc't. Few times I was able > redirect to a sister site of theirs in the Netherlands. Contacted their " tech support but they are not techies " I AM NOT TECHIE EITHER . Their techies said firefox is problem, need to install chrome. BS since ff works great for other sites - searches. My tech guy came yesterday / checked all settings on my computer - cleaned cache / bunch of stuff I have no idea of . He did a ping on their IP 208.83.241.15, found it down, then up > totally intermittent. My tech guy said everything is ok from my computers / set but said he wanted to try from his laptop > different internet provide Bell / I use Rogers. Same problem. He did 1 more test when he got back to his office on his desk top > same problem. Any ideas or help. Doug,

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?
