How do I open the other email account on TB? My 4 accts are the defualt, but now my we can not find my spouses email accounts? Thanks.

Could you do this with TB before? Have you added/deleted/changed any accounts lately? Have you created a new profile? Is your spouse trying to access her email account(s) from your machine-log-in or her own log-in on your machine, or from a different computer? What type of accounts are they? POP or IMAP?

...My 4 accts are the default,..

I am puzzled that you have four default accounts. I thought that only one account would be default. Usually the first one listed, unless you set another.
