Currently there is not a way to do this, however you can use a lock file to permanently do this. Check out what a User.js file is. You might be able to set a password on the file in the operating system settings. ?http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000705.htm

Note that any special features done via an extension like blocking websites can easily be bypassed by starting Firefox in Safe Mode (hold down the Shift key when starting) or otherwise disabling this extension.
