I am living in China and whenever I try to access www.msn.com/en-us , the default goes to cn.msn.com which is the Chinese version in Chinese characters. How can I access the US version of msn.com?

You can ask how msn loads their regional pages. Perhaps you can try a proxy if it is detected by location?
