How can I add automatically email addresses based on emails sent and received?
When I send or receive emails, I would like to have Thunderbird automatically add any new email addresses to my Address Book. How can I do that?

For the sent emails, go to Preferences -> Composition -> check "Automatically add outgoing e-mail addresses to my ..." and choose an address book.
For received mail, right click on the sender's name and choose "Add to address book".
