Hi, my Firefox keeps freezing and crashes at times. I always keep my browser and the plugins up to date. This is annoying. Kindly help.

These are caused by the Flash plugin, of which it looks like you have an old version. You are also using an old version of Firefox. The combination is a likely cause of your crashes.

Yes, I got my browser update last night. I've just updated my flash.

While going through my latest crash log(bp-76df613e-0749-4538-93d5-ebfd02150127) and taking reference from an article on how to read them, I came across "_etoured.dll" without a version in the module section. Googling it up, I got results relating to my Nvidia graphic adapter. So I disabled hardware acceleration. Am I going right here?

Have been using the browser intensively for about an hour and faced no freezing, white flashes and blank screen issues as of now.

You can uninstall the current Flash player version and (re)install the latest Flash version.
