Scling is not working in firefox

I tried to scale my div elements. In chrome, Scaling is working good. but in firefox not working properly. Can u please help to scale my div elements. If scaling methodology is different from chrome means, then provide the firefox Scaling method.

My scaling output:-webkit-transform: scale(0.09, 0.24793650793650793); -webkit-transform-origin: 0px 0px;

Firefox isn't a WebKit based browser.
