i have upgraded firefox but everything is still working

I upgraded to Firefox 25, but all my config settings are still in place, the menu bar hasn't disappeared and all my downloads aren't being deleted as soon as they complete due to faulty virus scanning.

It's almost as if the upgrade has worked properly, but that can't be it surely? This has never happened before so I'm not sure what I should do.

I'm not sure if this is meant to be a joke post, but it has been for a while that your settings are kept after upgrading. We're glad to hear that everything worked for you.
