I just installed firefox, but the 2nd and 3rd steps did not present, what do I need to do?

Your instructions present a 3 step process for installation. The download apparently completed in step 1, but after that the box for step 2 did not appear and there is indication how to continue the process. Please point me in the right direction.

If you are having problems installing firefox, try the full installer.

  1. Download Firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
  2. Open the file downloaded and run through the regular install.
  3. When that is finished you have Mozilla Firefox.
