Mozilla isn't getting compatible with Kaspersky 2013 "browser isn't opening"
After installing KIS 2013 my mozilla browser isn't opening I contacted Kaspersky Support they also check and said that this isn't Anti-Virus problem so can you sort out this problem my current OS Windows 8

Is Firefox crashing? If you create a new profile, does it open? Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
no when i try to open mozilla it doesn't open it stays as it is...nothing happens also i installed windows again this problem is not happening in my single pc..

A possible cause is security software (firewall,anti-virus) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
