My bookmark toolbar is missing and the instructions I'm getting from Mozilla aren't working

As of yesterday, I lost access to my bookmark toolbar and have gone over Firefox instructions about how to recover it without any success. It sends me to the library link and everything I do from there doesn't work.

Right click the toolbar > Customise Toolbar

Bottom left there are choices which toolbars to show etc.
