Can you retrieve an email from June, 2024 thru Thunderbird or have it resent? I have searched all file folders and cannot find the email. I contacted the email provide (Windstream) and they cannot recover the email. The sender cannot reforward the email.

What type of account is this (POP, IMAP)? You may use webmail to check whether the message is still on the server.
