Hi, I use a company called DTE Energy for my electric service. I routinely log into their website from a win10 laptop running firefox. This week I've been unable to log in to their site using firefox. My mobile app and chrome on the same laptop both work fine. I rebooted, deleted cookies and cache, and refreshed firefox. The only extension I use is Keeper password manager. I tried to log in using "safe mode" in firefox which also didn't work. When I put in my credentials and click log in, the icon spins but never finishes. I called DTE support and they said my ID has no issues. I disabled the DNS spoofing. Here is the url: https://newlook.dteenergy.com/wps/wcm/connect/dte-web/login I can't think of anything else to check. Thanks for your help. Phil

Did you stay signed out of your sync account after refreshing Firefox?

Try disabling Tracking Protection for the site.

Try changing DNS over HTTPS (DoH) to "Off" or "Max Protection" and in Connection Settings change "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy".

Try disabling any third-party antivirus or security software.

It was the enhanced tracking protection. Login fine with that turned off for the site. Thanks!
