Hi Dale, what differences do you notice in Firefox compared with other browsers? Is it how the PDF is rendered in Firefox's built-in PDF viewer, or can you not even get that far? Or is the problem with a downloaded file not opening in Acrobat or another PDF reader/editor?

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
