Not able to send emails all of a sudden

Yesterday was the first time that I was unable to send an email either a new message or a reply. The message box is as follows: Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <XXXX@charter.net> sender rejected. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again.

I called my email server, Charter/Spectrum and they said everything looked okay on their end. I have read the support questions on this website and followed suggested ideas. Nothing helps. Before yesterday emails were sent without a problem. I have no idea where to go from here. Thanks for any help.

Hello there jlcarr. We have read your message. We try to help you.

The message you sent me shows that your messages cannot be sent to your recipient.

The message you received is a message that certain subjects in your sending are not filled in correctly and these can be solved if you view your Smtp outgoing input.

First, check whether you can start the program. then click on the left menu for outgoing server (Smtp). Select smtp , click edit , see if your server is on the list. if not click on add.

check the server name , your port number 587 , your connection security StartTls , password to normal , Then arrived at your username your email address check if it is entered correctly.check this first now.

After completing this correctly, click OK. then click again on your email address in the left menu option.

Select this outgoing server after setting it up above.

The outgoing message server should now work normally.
