When I want to follow a hyperlink from a Word document, I get the following response: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your system administrator". How do I fix this?

Hi Marcel, do you mean in a document you opened in the desktop installation of Microsoft Office Word, i.e., not in Firefox?

That can be caused by Office being confused about your default browser. Have you uninstalled any browsers recently?
