Select own Bookmarks Toolbar folder

I would like to select a different Bookmarks Toolbar on different Computers. Currently there seems to be only the one root level Toolbar folder. Is there a way to have multiple of those and still have sync work correctly?

There isn't any way to use a different top-level container on the Bookmarks Toolbar. You can, of course, create folders on the Bookmarks Toolbar with different contents for different tasks. In case that would help?
