Cannot sign into Citibank account using Firefox

Cannot sign into Citibank using Firefox. Can sign into Citibank routinely with Edge and Chrome. I can enter user ID and password on the Citibank page in Firefox, but then clicking on the "Sign On" button gets no response whatever. All other web sites I routinely visit using Firefox continue to work fine. I have shut down and re-started both Firefox, and then my laptop (Windows 10) - no help. Has worked fine virtually every day prior to today.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
