I have lost access to two accounts in Thunderbird. More correctly I have only lost one of them on the laptop.

I have this message:[CLIENTBUG]SELECT not valid in this state if i try to access the other live joint access account on the PC. It worked OK till Sky took over keyboard to set up new SIM A/C. My email accessed through same icon works on PC but same message as above shows if i try to open Inbox on laptop

Sky uses Yahoo for email. Many users have complained in this forum about this error for about a year by now. There isn't a real solution though. The problem is with Yahoo, so you really should complain to Yahoo. Also see https://forums.yahoo.net/t5/Account-security/CLIENTBUG-SELECT-command-is-not-valid-in-this-state/td-p/300162
