since mozilla changed to using firefox login, cannot login to Mozilla Support Community

since Mozilla changed login standards to use the Firefox login, nothing works to login. That includes not accepting the former login or the Firefox login. No email comes from Mozilla when requested to fix a "lost login" or any other tool, So I guess that maybe these details are the only way of contact. It's been months since I have been able to actually do anything within the community.

My Q should have ended with ... Mozilla Support Community. No matter, somehow my login began working and I managed now to get here. Thank you.

I am confused. I do not see how that is possible given

a) your account ias shown at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/ShadyAngel is not disabled which should mean you clicked the email which enables your support account

b) you posted at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1212518 AND responded to it, would could only mean you managed to log in

Thanks for your quick answer. Probably is it something that I'm doing wrong, because I'm using Thunderbird and Firefox for only a few months. How I got in I don't know but in the succesfull login I saw an other username that I sometimes use not so much, only when I can't login on certain websites and accounts, ShadyAngel is in fact my backup user name. The main user name is the one where I can't login. Because I have posted already several questions there , I can not refer to them if I don't know what is wrong. My main problem (the double mails) are solved. It was like you said the copy setting. I didn't knew it, so I didn't saw it. If you know a solution for my first user name I wil gladly hear from you. Big thanks for the help. Greetings.

It should be pretty easy to find the URLs for your previous topic posts, just type support.mozilla.org into the firefox URL field and see what pops up in the autocomplete list.

This works for my backup account but not for my main account which is still unreachable. My backup account does all things it should do so I can use this. Maybe if there is a way to couple it with my main account or is there some way to reset my main account?
