Can't change download location to SD card on Android 5.0.1

I'm using ASUS ZenFone laser 2 Ze601kl with Android 5.0.1. I'm a user of Firefox. I wanted to change my download location to the SDcard following this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1028808 but failed. In Firefox, I'm using an add-on: Flash Video Downloader - YouTube HD Download [4K] 8.4.0. When I tap into the file for downloading, it will not start downloading.
