One of my E-mail accounts wont get mail, but I can send mail
I get this error message when I try to get mail. The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server pop-server.twcny.rr.com responded: no such message.

Try clearing the first message using webmail. It might have some kind of error in it.

Is there any mail there? You could check that with webmail from a browser.
tons of mail its not going through to thunderbird

It seems to be fixed for now. I actually dumped my web mail box because it had so much unread mail in it. So maybe you hit on it! once I deleted about half of it , my t-bird started working. Hopefully for good again. thank you. tom
