Two days ago I started getting notifications from Firefox on my laptop about text messages received on my android phone. This has never happened before and I made no changes I can remember. Tell me how to fix it. There are too many better browsers for me to deal with this crap

Hi, I’m having a problem when I turn off the screen in Windows 11 26H2. The latest version of Firefox minimises the window to a small window, even though it was in full-screen mode before the screen went to sleep.

recently swapped to firefox from chrome and found the same speed dial extension i used there was here too, yay, https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/yet-another-speed-dial/

but in the address bar there's this big, gross blob taking up a bunch of space right where i click and it pops up an even bigger, grosser blob when i click.

i dont want to disable any of what that all is doing, but i dont want to see it. how do i hide this crap?

just added nordvpn to desktop. it made some adjustments and i was no longer able to close fiorefox. eventually uninstalled firefox and then reinstalled as reset would not work . now I have lost muyy old firefox settings and want to reinstall them to my new log in which appears to be a new firefox account

Hello ! Can you help me please ? I have an older account ( [redacted] @ziggo.nl ) and this account has all my backup information and settings. But this account does not work anymore. So when I try to login in Firefox with [redacted] @ziggo.nl , and you send me a confirmation email, I will not reach this message and I can not confirm my e-mailadres. Now I have made a new account ( [redacted] @gmail.com ) so I can login in Mozilla, but I don't have my backup bookmarks. Is there a way that you can send me this information ? Or you copy the bookmarks to my new account ? After that I can delete the older account. Waiting for your reply, Greetings, Daniel

The place to designate the default save folder for bookmarks has disappeared. It used to be in settings. If it is no longer in settings is there somewhere in about:config to select default save folder for bookmarks?

There is an entry: browser.bookmarks.defaultLocation However it is some nonsensical coded entry: 9OZ32sF7u5y7 I do not know if it can be replaced with a folder name.

I am using the same Mozilla account on both my smartphone and my Windows laptop.

On my smartphone, I can successfully access and use the free 50 GB monthly VPN allowance. However, when I sign in to the same Mozilla account on my Windows laptop, this feature is not available.

I would like to know why this feature works on my smartphone but is unavailable on my Windows device, even though I am using the same account on both devices.

Could you please help me resolve this issue and enable the free 50 GB monthly VPN allowance on my Windows laptop as well?
