Opening links in websites for such things as a login page fails. dialog opens but it is blank and the url reads, "about:blank". Works in IE fine, still. Running 12.0

Perform the suggestions mentioned in the following articles:

Your User Agent string is showing that you are using Firefox 11.0

-> Uninstall your current Firefox as described in this article -> Uninstall Firefox from your computer

  • DO NOT SELECT TO REMOVE USER DATA AND SETTINGS
  • Restart your system

Check and tell if its working after updating Firefox.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
