Some sites with movies or music wait until you click on some start button to play the sound or the movie. Other sites start movies or music automatically when they are loaded. Is there a preference somewhere to inhibit a site from auto-starting sound or movies?

This one may have possibilities for the future if made to work more like BarTab used to
