I want to ask for more information. What error message does it output when it won't install the add-on? The Unable to install add-ons (extensions or themes) article can help to troubleshoot the problem.

The http://ff.conduit-download.com/27/243/CT2438727/Downloads/Firefox/Releases/2 will not go to firefox. I push the yellow and it lets it download and then it shuts off Firefox and comeback asking me to do it again over and over.

Cannot download Farmville Game Bar. Acts like it's going to download...goes through proper motions...then repeats entire process all over again with no Game Bar downloaded. The screenshot shows the message that is repeated over and over again.

The Farmville game bar downloads, and then you have to restart Firefox. Every time it loads back up from restarting, the request to install comes back up and we have to install it over and over again. I have tried to install it over a dozen times with no luck. Why don't you quit advertising this feature if you can't even get it? Try getting it to work before you bug us to keep wasting our time with something we can't even get. BTW, I run Firefox 3.6.3.

Ditto...ditto...ditto...why can't you fix this problem. I had the game bar for weeks before it became inoperable...and now can't reload it. I'm forced to use Internet Explorer now...which I hate, but have no other recourse. How long is it going to take you to fix or ACKNOWLEDGE this problem to those of us who have taken the time to document the error???? See screenshot on my previous post........

OK, if the server you're downloading from is acting weird and you can't download the file using Firefox, try downloading it using another browser.

what is the problem? I had another computer and had the farmville gamebar. now I want the one for cafe world and can't download that one either. how do I get them?
