Mozilla VPN is not letting me activate it, it redirects me to the earlier promt to log in in order to access said vpn

i have linked and synced my Firefox and Mozilla account, but when i try to activate the vpn it takes me back to the prompt where i have to fill out and log in to access the vpn, i have tried logging in and logging out but it does not work
