Why has the vpn disappeared?

since the free VPN feature is realtively new, Firefox may be doing A/B testing. Keep in mind that this free VPN is only available in certain reigons. Also, the free VPN requires a mozilla account.

To possibly "fix it", first check if your firefox is updated to the latest version, and check if you are signed it.
