I'm locked out of my prior email account since I got a new internet provider, how do I access my contact list so I can give them my new address?

Got new internet provider. Old provider has blocked or frozen me out of my prior email account. I need to see my contact list and provide those people with my new address.

Have you been using Thunderbird's Address Book feature? Those addresses would still be available. If you haven't, and you can't get to your old provider's webmail/contacts interface, you may be out of luck.

If it comes down to it, there are add-ons that can cull addresses from your messages. Here's a couple I found. There are others. I can't personally vouch for any of them.
