What OS? If windows, home or pro and are you running any security software besides MS Defender? What version of Firefox? Need to show what happens when you try to play below 4K. I have no issue. see screenshot Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? Your screenshot needs to show the resolution like mine.
