Prova a seguire la soluzione proposta negli screenshot: cancella cookie e cronologie -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/Come%20cancellare%20il%20contenuto%20della%20cache

prima di procedere, leggi attentamente la guida perché l'operazione ha delle conseguenza sui dati memorizzati nel browser.
